“Quick-Ship” Policy
All items in this catalog are in stock and ordinarily ship in one week or less. All items are subject to prior sale, and therefore longer lead times may occur. Call for current availability.

Shipping
All prices are FOB Charlotte, NC 28273 unless otherwise specified. Your order will be shipped best way (common carrier or package delivery service) with freight charges added to your invoice.

Damaged Goods
Before accepting goods from a transportation company, be sure each itemized article is received as per original bill of lading and our invoice. If there is any shortage or damage, have the agent of the carrier, or his representative, state in writing on the freight bill(s) exactly what the shortage or damage is before accepting the goods. If discovery of loss or concealed damage is made after you have received the goods, notify the agent of the carrier within 48 hours in the case of apparent damage or loss, or within 15 days in case of concealed damage.

Return Policy
No return shipments will be accepted without previous written authorization. Products returned are subject to inspection to determine that the product is resalable as new. A restocking charge of 25% will be levied on all authorized returns. Customer is responsible for return freight and original freight bill.
