We ensure the installation area is clear, confirm floor conditions, and mark the layout to ensure accuracy.
Step 2: Starter Bays:
We mark all the rows to ensure the warehouse design works for the building as it was built. We erect starter bays of each row and mark out where everything will fall from there.
Step 3: Anchoring & Building:
Uprights of the starter bays are securely anchored and the rest of the row is built from the starter bays. Once the rows are built, we ensure that the rows are still plumb and anchor the remaining uprights per the engineer’s requirements.
Step 4: Safety Enhancements:
We install rack guards, wire decking, and other safety accessories to prevent damage and accidents.
