Due to our longstanding relationship with the customer, Stein was their sole choice for this project. Our team visited their current facilities to evaluate inventory storage needs and collaborated with key personnel to design a customized layout for the new location.
The solution strategically placed hand-pick shelving and bulk racks in the basement area, which could not support forklifts, while designing a layout that allowed forklifts to access critical zones such as the loading dock, pallet racks, cable reel racks, and cantilever racks.
Despite challenges, including designing a forklift-safe pathway and maximizing storage in a constrained space, Stein delivered the project on time and even completed the installation ahead of schedule.

The final layout exceeded customer expectations, offering more storage capacity than anticipated. It fully accommodated their existing inventory while providing additional space for future growth. Stein’s solution effectively addressed all challenges, ensuring efficiency and safety within the new facility.
