Stein Service & Supply Wins Project of the Month

In collaboration with Panel Built, Inc., our team designed and manufactured a large modular enclosure for a customer in Charlotte, NC. This project was developed to house essential machinery within an active warehouse environment, which offers a clean, controlled, and durable workspace that enhances safety and efficiency.

The enclosure spans 4,292 square feet and reaches 17 feet, 2 inches tall, featuring both 9’ and 17’ wall sections to accommodate varying equipment heights. Built with 3-inch-thick FRP and gypsum wall panels in a clean white finish, the structure combines durability, easy maintenance, and a professional aesthetic suitable for industrial applications.

Built for Performance

The enclosure’s 22-gauge steel B-deck roof supports lighting, ceiling components, and HVAC systems, ensuring reliable overhead performance. The interior includes:

• Multiple 8’ x 12’ roll-up doors for easy equipment access
• Tempered glass windows for visibility and light
• A fully integrated electrical setup designed by Panel Built
• Every aspect of the project was engineered to meet real-world industrial demands while maintaining long-term strength and functionality.
